Who makes the clothes?

All the clothes are made by me, in my little workspace. Nothing we sell is purchased from elsewhere, every item is handmade by me.

What is the normal turnaround time?

Turnaround is currently set at 21 working days. If there are delays (for example due to illness) this information is posted on our instagram page. I also make an effort to try and contact affected customers individually.

We do advise you take turnaround into account when you decide on a size.

What washing powder do you use?

All fabrics arriving after 22/07/17 are washed in Aldi Non Bio. Any deliveries prior to this point were washing in Bio, so if your child is sensitive I recommend washing before use.

If you are unsure, please ask and I will be able to let you know which yours was washed in.

Why is international shipping limited to Europe?

Unfortunately my business insurance does not cover me to ship outside of Europe at present
